Youth Come Together for Leadership and Personal Development
23 October 2025

A workshop filled with positive energy brought together young refugees and Kosovars, offering them the opportunity to learn and practice key skills such as leadership, public speaking, and soft skills. This activity not only provided practical knowledge but also created a safe and inspiring space to share ideas, build self-confidence, and form new connections among participants.
During the workshop, participants engaged in practical and interactive activities that encouraged creativity and collaboration. They worked in groups, shared innovative ideas, and solved challenges requiring coordination and critical thinking. This lively learning process made every participant feel part of a community that promotes personal skill development and the building of strong relationships.
A special moment was the presentation by Adriatik Llugiqi, Executive Director of United Youth Task Force, who, as a guest speaker, shared his knowledge and experiences with the youth, offering valuable advice and inspiration for developing their personal and professional skills. His presentation sparked lively discussions and questions from participants, giving them the opportunity to receive concrete guidance to enhance their leadership and communication abilities.
At the end of the workshop, the youth were certified for their engagement and commitment during the activities, recognizing each participant’s contribution to fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and learning.
This activity marks an important step in promoting dialogue, cooperation, and personal development among young people in the community. Beyond the knowledge gained, participants left the workshop with renewed energy and motivation to actively engage in community activities and contribute to building a supportive and collaborative environment. It demonstrates that when young people come together, share experiences, and work collaboratively, they can create new opportunities and strengthen their capacities for the future.
This activity was initiated by young leaders Agzim Gashi and Jona Halimi of YouthCrossroads, with the support of Europe House.
